Can you tell me your specs? Can you tell me where exactly the game fails to open? Is there a loading screen or just pure black screen? Are you able to at least see the logo splash screen, the language select screen, etc? I'll try investigate 

Hi Zerie0, good question. Since I'm still learning Unity I hope I'm able to implement these systems without smashing my head against the wall for too long. 

I'll try my hardest to keep the 1-2 months content release schedule, and if there is any sort of delay I'll make sure to let people know.

Hopefully I'm able to succesfully implement the house navigation on chapter 5, and maybev on chapter 6 or 7 we might open the world to travel to at least a few places, but no promises yet! Just a rough sketch of the path I'm aiming for.

the game is heavy because of the animations, hopefully I find a way to compress them all without visual loss. As it is written in the description AND chapter select, the current public version goes until chapter 3, you found this game early, I'm releasing chapters within 1-2 months and this game was released June this year (like 4 months ago).

Hello Zoro150, Chapter 3 in the clinic  should be available, can you tell me what happened? Which version are you playing in which platform?  When you click chapter select do you see the Chapter 3 option?

I see! I noticed there is a lag spike when I click Korean too, I probably didn't catch this crash because my PC was able to handle this resource loading spike.

I'll try to find out why this happens and hopefully I'll be able to hotfix it, fingers crossed 🙏

Yes, I already started working on it, next release will include Brazilian Portuguese, Mexican Spanish, German, French, Russian, Korean, Japanese and Simplified Chinese

I'm currently using Android 16 which is 6 major versions above and that might be the reason why it works for some and not others.

I created a new test apk containing 9 different test videos in the intro (changing codecs/export settings/transcode etc) to see if any of them works for you.

When you get the time, please try this test apk version's intro and let me know if any of these re-exported intro animated scenes works for you now. If any of them works tell me which one and I'll be able to apply the fix to all other videos in the next release.

I added the test APK download link on the bottom of the itch description page, makes sure the version says 0.3c to test (itch doesn't allow me adding download links here directly, so I edited the page to add in the description). Give it a try.
