This is because this game doesn't get downloaded often and as such marked as possibly dangerous. You can still download it, but you need to click through multiple hidden buttons to actually do it.

It may differ from browser, but normally it something like... :
Press 3 dots -> Save -> Instead of 'Delete' find a button that says 'Download anyway'.
Then it gets downloaded!

I don't know about chinese version, so I can't check it and figure out, what is wrong.

I suggest you: 1) either sharing the chinese version via bun.tired@yandex.ru so I could try to download it and figure it out myself; 2) or ask this question a translator directly (if possible), or those, who downloaded it on chinese and seem to have no problems.

Coming from experience with what body's chinese translation, there's a high chance of some kind of data folder, that needs to replace the one in english version (But I'm just guessing). I can also suggest instead of replacing trying to delete an english folder and replace it with chinese translated one.

Hope it helps. Sadly as for now I can not be much of help, I can only try to guess the solutions.
I hope you could play it eventually! (And I hope it translates well...)

2024 ver doesn't seem to work as downloadable thing no matter what i do via mousepsd, and i have little to no programming knowledge to figure this out

so the latest version is available via web, and an older one for archiving purposes via downloadable file 
but i see people having troubles distinguishing them from each other, so perhaps i should write it better on a game page
