As well thought-out as your wonderful comment I hope! The qualm I hope you were able to persevere through, as I have no qualms with you!

My fame is but a speck of dust in comparison to my appreciation for this lovely comment.
May your days be filled with sunshine, and your nights abundant in slumber.

Thank you so much!
The 5 in creativity means a lot coming from the folks who made one of the most creative games of the Jam I've come across.
And feedback is always appreciated, especially since we plan to release a bit more polished version once the Jam is over.

Thanks for playing!

Super creative, and I'm very impressed with the amount of levels. I do feel the levels could ramp up the difficulty a bit faster, but it's completely understandable to want to keep it on the simpler side for the sake of the Jam, especially with all the different mechanics!

This game wouldn't at all feel out of place as one of the 20 featured games in the GMTK video, excellent job!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're overjoyed you took the time to play and comment on our first game jam entry, especially because we both gushed over how cute, polished and well rounded your own game is :> Us fellow newbies gotta stick together!

It's hard to say words of praise without repeating a fellow commenter, but this game completely knocked me off my feet! I'm already craving new levels! The mice are so cute as are the visuals overall. The puzzles are complex, but the ability to try out and see where the mice will move, then reword accordingly is perfect help. Looking forward to seeing where you take this game! :>>

Thank you so much! While we are familiar with the Hungarian deck of cards , as it is often played in continental Croatia, the Triestine cards spoke to us a bit more, being from the coast. Both are beautiful and worth studying art-wise :>

Thanks for playing!

We are planning on expanding the upgrade system, as well as enemy abilities, but as it happens we ran out of time for implementing it to the latest upload before the jam time was up.  Still, we will take notes on your comments, thank you for taking the time to share your input! :)

Really cool interpretation of the theme, very relaxing to watch the movements and natural cylces of the plants as they deteriorate.

A very cool concept, paired with relaxing and endearing music! <3

If the team choses to provide more detailed images, we could very well be helping out the little artist for days on end!

¸I agree with the previous commenter, on being a bit confused about what to do to turn off the alarm clock. It stopped ringing but I couldn't move or figure out what to do next. Also, the spells seem to be a bit offset from the mouse, which confused me further. I really like the idea of making precision patterns to progress in a game, and your project could find its practical use in training precision or motor skills, should you take it in such a direction. Overall, it's great you have committed to this fun concept, keep it up! :)

I really liked having to keep tabs on the inventory, and would love to see the direction you will take this game in! Maybe more complicated rolls that take different "ingredients" but attract high end customers? Either way, very fun idea and the unassuming cute artwork pairs super well with it :>

Thank you so much! Best of luck to you as well!

I'm properly thriving in all this chaos! While there's definitely space for improvement (the visibility of the road while driving a truck is a bit off, for example), the concept has good bones, and with a bit of polish it will be a really fun product.

The simple and effective art really sets this apart from other submissions of a similar genre. I agree with the previous commenters regarding the indication of direction in which the pipes take the player.  With a bit of polish I believe this could be a really great  product! Keep it up!

Really cool mechanics and the music is a vibe.

Hi, I'm sorry if the suits made it harder to pick up.

To be clear, we didn't make up the suits, they're part of a popular card style in the Adriatic region of Italy and Croatia. Our artist simply brought them to life in the pixelart format!

The card style is called Triestine, named by the region where it originates from.

Thanks for your input!

Thank you! Yeah the lack of a browser version will probably hinder us quite a bit, we only learned of it's importance after the submission period was over :/
Now we're smarter for the next jam!
Thanks for downloading!

Hope the tutorial helped!
Thanks for playing!

Cute game. I don't know how I feel about the walk of shame back to the start of the level when you fall down lol.

We wanted to add more fun upgrades, but unfortunately we didn't have time to implement them.
Hope you were still able to have a few minutes of fun!
Thanks for trying it out!

A really cool take on the genre, definitely has potential to be a bigger game.

As a card game enthusiast I find this an excellent submission to the jam.  Added to collection, hope you expand on this because I would genuinely love to play a polished, expanded version of this game.

I love Balatro! One of my favourite games (can you tell?)
We didn't really start with the intention to make a Balatro style game, but mid-way through development I definitely caught myself thinkig "We're just making Balatro but worse aren't we?"
I hope the game turned out unique enough to not feel like just a cheap clone.
Thanks for playing!

Hi! Thanks for the kind words.
This is our first Game Jam and we didn't think about the benefits of making it a web build until the submission period was over :/
Sorry about the leaves shader, it was a last minute addition and we didn't want to risk it by trying to upload it.
Thanks for checking it out!

man, this chicken run-em-over is really detailed!

just kidding, the game is really high quality, the intro sets the mood of the whole game, and then come the one-armed mechanics which add a new layer of complexity, especially to someone who hasn't driven a car in their life. I now know how to drive one handedly and can't wait to try it out in real life!

Perfect Game Jam game, simple concept with great execution, well done! Love the bonk sound effect (I totally didn't miss the same obstacle 5 times in a row).

Thank you so much!!

Thank you for your words of praise, our artist is smiling and kicking her feet rereading this rn, especially because we both really loved the artwork of your jam submission! :D

Cool idea, but lack player agency. Different upgrades, one-time sales, tweaking direction of the push, etc. could really take the game to the next level.

We're glad you had fun figuring out what works and what doesn't (yet!), thank you for your nice words! :>

Thank you, I can't stop smiling now!

The artwork is gorgeous, the writing  sassy, and that is enough for the furry businessman to wiggle his way into your heart.  Then comes the engaging mesh of two great game mechanics, and the fun begins! I'd love to see the game polished up and finished, with everything the team imagined for it in play :>>

Yes, found two copies of that file, unfortunately neither worked.

Game became unresponsive after a bit of playing, but I like the idea.

I love the kitten!! The art is very simplistic and cute, making the cat really pop, especially its walking and idle animation. This is a fresh and different take on the respawn interpretation of the jam theme, and it gives me nostalgic flashbacks of fireboy and watergirl haha

I love the idea of a first-person real-time dungeon crawler combined with deck building. Could definitely be a lot of fun with more polish and content.

The game is super cute, and has a good heart - a concept that deserves a bit more polish! I agree with the previous comments regarding movement, the slippery sliding may be a way to make a level more difficult, but continually missing the first jump of the game broke my soul x'D

Didn't quite understand how the game works at first, but had fun figuring it out!

Love the chaotic art style, the enemies look really cool, could be quite a fun game with more polish.
