Thanks a lot, what are the class abilities that allow casting without components and how do I get them? also If i;'m hogtied at the start how do I get out?

Question, is there any way to ignore spell components in the ewer versions like the Slayer Magician or Conjurer perks in older version? If not is there any mods that add those perks or allow at least some spells without components. If not how do I play previous versions.
