I’m missing one corruption, what am I missing I’ve gotten normal ram, cat, fox harpie, werewolf, all the imp transformations, Elite fox, ram, and cat. Is there one or am I missing an elite?

What I haven’t done is damaged the shrine on the right and gotten one ending on the second page to the left of the elite fox, is that it?
