Spooktober 7th Annual Visual Novel Jam community · Created a new topic Junior Game Designer looking for a team
This is my first time participating in game jams, and I would love to find a team where I can showcase the skills I've acquired over the past year.
I previously worked with Unity in indie teams and indie studios, developing RPG games and shooters, and I also participated in developing games for the Roblox platform. I have always been a game designer:
1) I came up with concepts, systems, game logic, and user paths.
2) I was a level designer a couple of times, once putting together two levels, and once writing a large doc for a level.
3) I wrote and came up with lore for the game.
4) Developed the shooting mechanics in the game.
5) I came up with characters, bosses, and enemies.
6) I wrote a full script for the entire game, from the player's starting point to the game's finale.
I really hope that I can be useful somewhere. I am looking for a team with the goal of gaining new hard and soft skills, developing myself, and learning. If your team has a Lead Game Designer, that's great!
