not good. sorry but you need to use asset store.

What is unity asset store? it's like "store" and download asset free or paiding cost money. and asset cost money. if you don't know how to find it? Window > General > Asset Store from the main menu in Unity.

And you need to use sketchfab. because that flashlight kinda ugly.
