yeah, maybe making it a little less restrictive would have helped. I was able to do it but I had to retry several times to practice the shape and eventually I was able to draw it within the time limit. Love the unique shapes but just more wiggle room on tracing it I think would be perfect. Or maybe even just putting in a Lefty mode to increase the time limit of the tracing (especially if no one else seemed to have this problem lol)

This was a weirdly calming game. The city map really makes the game feel alive and it was really fun how you implemented the QTE's although I don't think I got punished (or punished enough) for messing up the QTE's. Maybe having the speedster get away if I mess up the QTE and I have to chase him back down would add to it. Still though, I had a lot of fun with this one!
I could not get passed the first level at all. Each time I hit the QTE's it was a gamble on if they worked or if the viking art popped up and hid the QTE directions I could hit resulting in me failing. The artwork (of the maps) looked really incredible though, wish I could have seen more of the levels.
This was such a cool game!!! Loved how the player character was like a little squishy block so when I jumped around, really had a nice and fun feel. It was also really cool that the main menu was also the tutorial to the game as well. Such an awesome game. I wish that when typing we could see the full word and not just part of it (with the longer words like Mountain). Definitely one of my favorites I've played for Round 2!
OMG the SFX were incredible. I would love a whole game just of a walking sim, loved those sounds XD! I'm not really sure though if I was hitting the QTE's on time, I didn't have time to actually see/register what I should be hitting before it went away. And another time I did hit it but then I lost? Maybe I missed something though. Super cool game nonetheless though!
Its probably just cause I'm not good at these types of games but I didn't like being able to move my spaceship, I was zooming all across the screen. I just started spinning in circles and hoping for the best...worked well sometimes actually lol. Loved the SFX and the simplicity of the game. It was really fun (and kinda hard) to play, very much enjoyed it.
Loved the puzzle aspect of this game. I couldn't get passed the first level unfortunately because when I would die at the bomb planting phase, the power boxes would still be set up from before and I would have to reset them and I was just a little too slow. Maybe giving more time in that phase might help, even just like 5-10 seconds. Still an awesome game though, loved ti!!
Loved seeing this game get turned into something more than customization! You already had such a cool customization that it was really smoothly implemented into the gameplay. Loved how unique I could make my character. I will say that sooooo many enemies spawn so fast that its hard to know if I was doing things correctly or if I missed something crucial to help me kill a lot of them at once. Fun game nonetheless.
Loved the concept of this game!! Although I was really bad at playing it, I still had a lot of fun playing and getting hit by bullets every few seconds lol. Really enjoyed that you had both a general typing movement as well as more QTE focused actual typed out words too. Made the game feel unique and very well designed. Great game :)
I'm pretty sure I played this game from Round 1 so I'm glad you were able to expand on it! Loved that the stats updated based on what I picked out. Wish there were more clothing options though but that's just a personal preference lol.
I didn't find any QTE's though? Perhaps I missed them? Oh and the sound of the paper shooting stopped randomly when I was walking around; didn't change gameplay or my rating but just thought I should mention it in case you wanted to fix that.
Thank you for playing! I'm glad you liked how expressive the characters were, pixel art isn't my main art medium so I put a lot of effort into it. I had someone else mention using full words for the passwords too; I think that is a really fun idea that would be easy to implement but add a lot more to it.
Legit audibly screamed looking behind me to see one of the bigger monsters there lol. Cool concept but I think the QTE's need a little reworking. Maybe a QTE for loading the gun rather than having to catch it. Also, those little ones were hard to shoot but that might just be my mouse is lagging rn because it needs new batteries. I think this could be a really cool game with some tweaks to the timing of the QTE's or adding them into the game differently. Maybe a dodge mechanic QTE for when the laser beam dots fire??
This was a really fun game, loved the SFX, made it feel really polished. The figure 8 was a little tricky because I wasn't sure which direction it would go at first and kept missing it because I just didn't have time to react. When it got to the letters I lost even faster. Still a fun game I just suck at QTE's
I loved the artwork and the character, it was adorable! The QTE for reloading got really intense when I was also trying to fight an enemy and I loved that. Opening the doors in Loop 0 thought got really tedious and I thought there weren't any enemies at all until I found all the door pieces. Maybe making the portal a brighter color or adding some sort of effect on it would make it easier to see because I only ran into it on accident and then got the "go find the pieces quest".
The game had a super cute feel and it reminded me of my childhood watching wipeout except I was the one to finally jump on the bouncy red ball. The fishing was not really working for me. I did notice the circles in the water after doing all the platforming but even then, nothing was biting.
Edit: I played again and realized you had to land the pole in the circles.
The QTE's are way too fast, I'm a decently fast reader but not that fast to read them all and process so I just started spamming the options lol. At first I thought you had to pick one and actually type it out so I failed the first level pretty quickly. I did really enjoy the concept though, very nice to be on top of the rich people AI boom for once instead of at the bottom.
