We all know Fleebus is the star here. I really liked the level design in the more vertical narrow portions of the game

The game seems not to work in fullscreen, it just scrolls down to the bottom? The lack of sound or music really hurts. But the game concept itself is really cool! There is obviously potential for a typing game for teaching young people how to type, especially if there was more reward for doing well :) I like it!
Very much the same feedback as others, more clear direction would be very helpful i also had difficulty navigating the menus. I really enjoy the color palette choice though and I really like the main character! I can't tell if anyone mentioned this but I appreciate that the "into the depths" theme was as much about going deep into debt as it was about digging!
Thanks for all that constuctive feedback, and for actually playing! Less of a pygame issue for the smoother movement, it would have been much smoother if I had used animations alone, but this was my first time making a game or art for a game, and I didnt want to spend too much time trying to learn how to make animations. If you are considering it for yourself, hooking delta time into the movement as opposed to grid-based like I did would also help. I actually think the the idea you gave for the text reading issue particulary for traps was probably my favorite idea i've heard and something I wish I would have though to implement. Thank you!
Thank you for playing and especially enough to see all the endings! Yes the levels are procedularly generated! The traps themselves ended up being metaphorical. I hooked in a damage mechanic and a player hp/dying for a game over screen, but decided to instead used the traps allow the player to think they were taking damage and in danger to impact decision making when in fact they never were
