Level down? How do I go about that? I've tried sending the minimum raid count but it appears to not be working out for me. Thanks for the reply!

This game has been fantastic. 10/10. Cleared Tower Level 50 and got all but one achievement, collect all blueprints. I cant seem to find T Wall 2 or Wall 4. None of the raids give me the option to obtain it. Am I missing something or do I need to do a new save to try again? (I also checked the shop which I cleared out for 2 ingame weeks and it never popped up.
