I would like to add notes to unidentified items. 
Right now sometimes there's a helpful message next to an item on the floor that makes me think i don't even want to try it in a calm situation. But if i don't, it stays unidentified and soon i can not tell it from other unidentified items or i drop it and when i encounter it again i will not know.
