yes there is a couple of lha i want to keep as boot adf  floppies

is there any documets on how to use this software downloaded well and open it on silicon mac os 15.4 tahoe works ok im trying to creat an lha file to adf and then a adf floppy any help would be great googled it and youtube for more info but it brings up adf opus which is windows no good for me and other software .....thanks
