Hey Cento®, are you asking if you can create a game that runs only on the OS that you have access to? I appreciate the question. If that is what you are asking, the requirements are staying as all three OS's. The reason why is because even though you can use any tools you like to create a game, I know from experience that at least the game engines that I added to the list of "well known free options", that I havent had any issues with at least those engines for releasing to all three platforms and I only have access to a Windows machine.
I also know the pain of GDevelop. I dabbled with it a little bit a while back and I couldnt stand it personally. So maybe give one of the engines on the list a try? or possible even a different engine that isnt on the list?
