Likewise here. The party scenes especially are a complete mess. I will have to wait for a hotfix before I can even progress.

I figured out how to brew a potion, maybe? Half the text is in Russian, and I followed the instructions I eventually found in the bottom right tab that's never mentioned. And there's bottles in the chest, but their text is in Russian so I don't know what they do. And then I think I put the strength potion in a bottle, and then put it on the table for the lady, but nothing happens and I can't interact with her. Tried to put it back in my inventory, and it disappeared?
It is incredibly unclear what to do at any point so far, and I've been playing for about 5 minutes.
