Hello! Can you please let me know if I am understanding the process of the Game Jam?

Thank you both for your help! To make sure I am following the proper procedure can you confirm that this is right?
- Create a new project game page within itch.io
- Use the devlog feature to write about your progress on the game.
- Make your game page and devlogs public, even if nothing is playable yet. This is to allow people to read the devlogs since they can't access them without having access to the game page.
- Use the "Submit your project" button within the 'Continue Your Game 7' to add your page to the jam submissions. Even though the game has not been completed, it is listed so others can see your progress and read your devlogs.
- Make a final dev log stating that the game is playable!
Because I am only seeing playable projects right now, I am not sure if my understanding of step 4 is correct. I would appreciate it if you could let me know if there is something I am missing or if the steps I listed are correct.
Thank you!
Hello,
Where is the correct location to post game dev updates?
I see some people are posting their updates to the community chat but I also found the devlog option shown below.
Is there some place I can read other peoples dev logs? I am curious what people are working on and it will help understand what kind of progress I should be sharing!
It is a great compliment to hear that I have made you enjoy a genre you usually dislike.
Some fun facts about ending 5: The game almost didn't have a 5th ending due to time constraints, and the window behind the doctor breaks, but it's hard to see since he covers most of it!
It makes me happy to know you enjoyed my game. I hope you had as much fun playing it as I did creating it. Thank you for playing!
Thanks for playing my game and for writing a comment!
The link works on my end, but I am unsure why it isn't working on yours. Renpy games have this information attached by default that says you can use the program. I have attached a link to your "light" reading today since you seem so disappointed. https://www.renpy.org/doc/html/license.html
Ending one was relatable to me since I am also not a doctor. The good news is we are both safe from the apple now... right?
The dialogue was fun to write, and I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Hello! I saw that you posted this to Discord, but in case you didn't see my reply, here it is:

Thanks so much for playing my game!
It is based on the saying, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." But I took the phrase literally so that any contact with an apple makes a doctor disappear. The game's description underneath the game itself had more info about the story, but I now know I should incorporate it into the game itself to avoid confusion.
This is the description, by the way: "To take down the Medical Director, the head of the "Hospital," they send the best weapon available... an Apple? Rather than landing in the Medical Director's office, you land through the wrong window and are immediately spotted. How will you get out of this mess?" Thank you again for playing my game. I received valuable feedback that I can use to improve.

I enjoyed seeing you play my game as well as others. I can tell you love what you do, so I hope you keep it up!
