so I bought DLC, but how do I play that? I get only the main game working, I can't choose which to play. I bought via Steam. Does it start after you finish the main game? Where does it take effect in the game otherwise?

can some one explain what "training (almost) complete" means? The heart box isn't moving on anyone i compete against and win against, i cant seem to do anything now in the game.
