Well, the image quality is better.
Not hugely, but some of the text is easier to read, there's a little less artifacting.

I just wanted to bring it up to the same dpi as Issue 2, basically.

The content in the phone friendly link is the same as the regular, but displays the pages one at a time. Think of it like reading a magazine in a tight space, folded over so you only see one page at a time. The regular one has the pages formatted in spreads, more like laying a magazine open so you see 2 pages at once.
