Centrifuge is used to deconstruct trach into nutrients and you can get it after first crafted and sent (via drone) eye - when drone has returned it brings centrifuge with it. You can accept it, then enter inventory via Tab, click centrifuge and build it - BAM, you're done =)

I'm making a big update and hope you'll give it a try in about 2 weeks! It will change a lot ;)

Yeah, the quality depends on the amount of nutrients absorbed. Did you like the game?
