Hi Alfred, I've been using a PnP version and really enjoying the game. Will there be a late pledge or other option to get the the physical version that was on Kickstarter?

Also just 2 rules questions I had:

1. If I have a characters whose resolve is split 1-1, can I spend both of these resolves to play a 2 cost card? 

2. Is banish optional or mandatory? Chains of Divine says to look at top 3 cards of deck and banish up to 3. Can I banish 0? Was in a situation where only 1 card was left in deck and I wanted to play Chains of Divine but not banish the card in the deck.
