This fight is literally impossible. I used the Dazzle Burst and it doesn't give me "Hard Times" and best I can do is get them down to 2. I've tried a dozen times and its not possible. I have no items left for health and I simply don't do enough damage. I can't even go back to buy items because it doesn't let you and I have no money anyway.
