Found a litttle issue with the mod which is a easy fix. I couldn't find the maglight in the store. I found the show in store in the XML was set to false. I changed it to true and it works like a dream.
I have found the conflict. Its the Timber trailer info mod. Once I deleted the mod the containers popped up and was able buy & use them
