Hi, I cannot find some legendaries. I have already finished the game, defeated the Council more than 2 times and catched : MewTwo, the 3 legendary dogs and the legendary birds except Zapdos.
Where is Zapdos?
Where is Mew?
Also, I have The rainbow and Silver Feathers. Are Lugia and Ho oh in the game? If yes, then where?

I beat the league and now chasing the Legendary Birds and Beasts to catch them, but each time I find one and try to interact with it, it goes away before the fight starts.
How many times do I have to encounter each of them before finally being able to catch them?
Also, do they spawn anywhere or are they precise locations to encounter them? And precise locations to finally battle them?
