The VHS effect is lowkey too much, would be better if there was a setting to change it(my eyes hurt)

I have no idea why this problem occurs, but i cant ping any signals. I press Shift to find them, point the cross on them, press enter and... nothing happens, seems like the game doesn't even recognize my "Enter" button. If it was due to the game the console below would've said something. I wanna play the game badly but I physically cant馃槶
