The file was actually for Mac users, but I think there is a way to play this in IOS using this app: Ren'py Pocket
I do not have IOS device but this is a suggestion from me! Zip file with apple icon cannot be processed to play, but maybe using this app (with downloading the Windows version as said in the app guide) can help!
