It’s maybe worth making versions with a few other dyslexic-friendly typefaces like Lexend and Atkinson Hyperlegible as well. OpenDyslexic isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution for dyslexic readers because it was designed for a specific type of dyslexia that its creator had, and for a lot of dyslexic people with different types it can actually make readability worse than something like normal fonts like Helvetica or Comic Neue.

Again, there is no one-size-fits-all for dyslexia as there’s different types. But it would be nice to have different dyslexic-font versions in regards to that.

That’s if I wanted to use itch.io as my domain for Bluesky.

I already use my website domain as my Bluesky domain, but the handle isn’t accepted in itch.io’s Profile.

So we now have support for Bluesky accounts on the social media section of our profiles. But it doesn’t allow for people who have a custom domain instead of the default “X.bsky.social”. Or if it does, it doesn’t seem to work for all of them. For context; mine is @bonoko.dev but it gives this error. image.png

I'm curious to know what engine this was made in. The water is beautiful for a first-person dungeon-crawler / roguelike.

May as well contribute:

My name is Matthew, I'm a student studying computer games development at Liverpool John Moores University. I spend more time analysing games and watching other people play them than actually playing them myself. I've dabbled in various hobby projects over the years and gained a bounty of skills as a result. I'm a big fan of programming in my spare time, particularly in C# with Unity as the development environment to help further my understanding of game development concepts.

Beyond using the existing code as a baseline, are there any other hard constraints that we should abide by? Or any recommendations as to how we should or should not proceed with our prototypes?
