how do i unlock memory 1 and 5? no matter what i do it just dont seem to exist.

I dont know if ive simply missed something or has soft locked myself, but im stuck at level 1 after talking to every npc and tried to kill the spider boss. i would greatly apreciate some help about this. thank yo

I have gotten stuck on the last part of the wizard quest and can't use the spell to teleport to him no matter where i am on the map, idk if im just in the wrong places or not. please someone help me
