Paintings must have a specific resolution:
T - 98x128
S - 192x192
H - 160x128
V - 232x372
Just use a resizer or something.

So I got this weird bug, when I can't download a signal from the satellite I found. Both of my filters are at 100, but efficiency just stays at 0. All of my servers are working and calibrated. It also happens ONLY with a satellites, every other signal downloading just fine.
