i'm always so amazed by your sense of style and timing, this album especially makes me want to work on stuff that's more conceptual and impressionist. very inspiring project
i do really like how that one turned out, just some parts were awkward to me like tuning the reverb back up near the end. fun fact: beta fun fact reverb is 1 track with no cuts and no effects added in post, its just a recording of a lap steel guitar with a compressor and a reverb pedal
i really enjoy the snippets of writing that you post around, so i was excited to see a longer form of your writing and i was not disappointed. i think your style really works well in how you describe unknown sensations. i love the interludes of poetry spread throughout the novel that we learn how it ties in later. i really like it!
had the demo saved for a while but decided to just go ahead and read all of chapter 1 last night. Of course all the art is great but the story and characters really hooked me. Very relatable bits about starting at and working a shitty job, and the characters and situations were all very believable. Overall great and interesting first chapter, looking forward to more!
this is really great rachel! and the little intro with all the weapons is cool. I need to get better at megaman though because i keep getting sent back to the title
interesting ideas, 1's power reminds me a bit of Haruhi Suzumiya, like slice of life girl but with reality warping powers that she's not aware of (although im not sure if you intended for 1 to know about her power or maybe just not fully understand it). It sounds like it could be a cool premise!
