It would also be really cool if there were some date features in the game, like going to a bar for drinks, going on a walk, or other activities like that.
From the photos you posted on Patreon and from our previous conversations, I’m convinced there will be gunfights in the game. However, it would also be nice to have some alternatives to gunplay. Gun combat can sometimes feel janky, so hand-to-hand combat could be a cool option (for example, during a date where you run into some unarmed drunk guys, or in situations where you casually encounter unarmed enemies.)
If hand-to-hand combat is too complicated to implement, stealth could also work really well, and I imagine it might be easier to program. I was also wondering whether the girls from the crew will be included in combat, or if they’ll conveniently be away during those moments. Stealth especially seems like it could suit them, either as playable characters (for example in a rescue mission for the captain), or as support characters you can command, like an “ultimate” ability where, after taking down several enemies, you can call in a crewmate for an effortless takedown.
The story sounds great as a linear experience, but I think some post-story activities would fit nicely too, such as replayable missions or the date ideas I mentioned earlier.
I’m also curious if there will be any special enemy types, like a big boss, or if enemies will mostly just be regular humanoids with guns. Will there be any decision-making in the story as well?
