How do you get this Dnd campaign everyone is talking about

Anyone know how or when you'll be able to have coffee with the girl from the train? It's after you give her a business card for the maid cafe she says something like, "I'm not looking for a job but we can go get coffee there." I've been going there a bunch since then and have never seen her. Maybe bugged idk.

Where do you find ronda? That is the last one I am missing, also is there more to olivia's quests after you find her stuck at the movie theatre? She is the only one that I can't and haven't given the sandwich to yet.

Also, is there anything else to Olivia's story after you find her stuck at the movie theatre? I find it weird that she's the only worker I haven't been able to feed the sandwich to.

So how many workers can you have now including the cursed one that disappears, and not including the cow people?

When did this new update come out, and where do I find the 3 girls?
