Cute little game! I did find that it ended rather abruptly - the game seems to assume you'll run out of energy after finishing with a patient, but most of the time I end up running out mid-patient. I just write my own epilogue when that happens, narrating a more sudden demise. I really enjoy how varied the patients are, it creates such a fun and whimsical image of the world. I love drawing little sketches of the patients and their ailments. Overall quite glad I stumbled upon this game :D
