F-Ero you're a idiot, Doubly so since you're talking about "research" Collective shout is just accepting money from visa/mastercard to be their fallguy. They have been suppressing things for years now, mostly targeting Japanese websites and games from dlsite, fantia, pixiv, etc. Them going after itch and steam under the mask of collective shout is nothing more than what it is, a mask. The only people responsible are the payment processors.
