I agree with you, especially about NPCs defending themselves. This would make the game slightly harder since the game isn’t very hard as the police are barely even a threat lol. NPCs should be able to fight back with guns, fists or objects around them. Also, in my opinion, the police should have better AI, more health, higher damage, and larger spawn rates to make the game more engaging.
