you actually can, by using Winlator, but you need a really beefy phone, preferably with a Snapdragon SoC due to Turnip/Freedreno Mesa drivers being great for DxVK
If you have a very beefy phone with a Snapdragon SoC you might be able to, by using Winlator, last time I tested my phone ran it at 25 fps but i'll test the newest release and see how it goes, also it's unstable due to that emulator being still in beta so don't expect it to run straight away
