man this sucks, when I try to edit it in notepad, it bricks notepad.

I checked the script, and the only vbs line is saying that it cannot be installed. Nice try, but not nice enough. real xp systems can only run in .exe format. fanmade ones on itch.io run on .hta format. NONE run on .vbs format.

this sucks, but here's a tip for looping messages in vbs:

do

msgbox "(your message here)"

loop

---------------------------------------------------------------

this will create an infinite loop of the message you put inbetween "do" and "loop".
