I can't recreate the bug you're describing. Can you send a screenshot or video of the issue? If it's really happening, it seems like a very serious issue!
I know this is fixed, but what I would do is just encode the score on the leaderboard as 2147483647 - score
If you've played Patrick's Parabox, the blue ones are the clones of the orange ones.
