Once I paid for the game, will I be able to download the newer versions, or do I require to pay again in order to get updates?

Zanith, could you please help me with my save as you've done with others? I have the same problem others have addressed, can't play through Caitlin chapter 4, when the event triggers, after going downstairs, her door is locked from the inside and the event doesn't complete.
