Cool concept and solid progression logic!
I missed the shield in the treasure room at first (maybe make it pop more?) but the gameplay loop is interesting.
The timer felt a bit punishing since I can't control when or how fast the intruders will appear and sometimes I felt like I was losing just because they were taking their sweet time... I think it would be cool if the intruders were the ones on a time limit instead!
Loved the +5sec mechanic for the "!", though, definitely kept me in the game.
Fun concept and such cute little orcs! Growing my army one cage break at a time felt super rewarding.
A few thoughts on the balance: the movement speed felt a bit slow relative to the huge map, and I would’ve loved some kind of reward or bonus for taking down the knights. I also really enjoyed the skeleton's flavor text, but the pauses interrupted the flow (maybe consider using speech bubbles that don't freeze the action?) Finally, since the game has great replay value, a more encouraging 'Game Over' line like 'Your army WILL rise again!' would be a nice touch!

I was role playing a greedy guard asking $60 to each passerby since it's what I need to pay as taxes so one person agreeing each day would be enough and I got the good ending XD Also sometimes my offer of 60 would be changed to a lower value after I clicked the make an offer button and I wondered why...
