Nevermind.  If you are outside and you click on the upstairs window above the gym, you get to the bedrooms.... (?)

I am a Patreon supporter but also an itch follower.  If I leave the barracks building on my own to explore at night (to the yard where I can enter the gym etc.) and I try to re-enter the barracks building, I get to a stairwell between the reception room and the canteen.  If I go downstairs, I get the locked gated door, and if I go upstairs, I get the Sergeants Office and Meeting room hallway.  I'm stuck.  I cannot go back to the bedroom area.  I'm in an endless loop of four locations only.  Is it just me?

I purchased this on Steam and it did not load.  I am on a Mac.  I would love to download it here as well.
