Hi would I be able to put in multiple controller inputs and have splitscreen games?

I really really love this especially making text based games with tabs I was having a lot of trouble. I do have a question though is there anyway to layout the UI to be previewable in the editing scene?

I recently got pixel maker MV released by the same company as rpg maker and similar I was wondering if maybe that could be used for an engine for the jam???
