Superb! So well scoped. I love the one page menu / tutorial / settings page. The simplicity belies the game's difficulty. Props to open-source! Good work, good luck!

No sweat! Sorry i couldn't play it, looks promising

Can confirm that fullscreen fixes it, thanks! Nice game

The mechanics of flinging yourself is both difficult and satisfying. Had a lot of fun collecting guns. Great work!

I could not scale quick enough to keep up across a few runs, but I enjoyed trying. The drop shadows are an effective touch to make it look great for such a simple art style. Good work!

Awesome artwork! The comic sequence is great.

Same thing for me, I can't select anything in the menu

Well done! I really enjoy games which use typing for their menu system, and I like the way you hide the keywords and have to discover them through gameplay. This would be a great phone app! Nice work

Well made! Reminds me of Halls of Torment and Diablo combined into a tiny map. The spell effects are very flashy, good work!

Nice work, reminds me of neopets / old flash games. Simple and well executed!

Superb. I had a blast jumping around and buying all the powerups. Great work!

The bones for a good game are here! I really like the isometric landscape, and the way the camera follows the player reminds me of old adventure games in a nostalgic way. Would love to see a few more skills and enemy types! Good work!

Amazing work, I'm taking notes for my own future games! The head to head a the end was the cherry on top.

You definitely knocked theme relevance out of the park, this is the standard I will compare the rest of the games I review against.

Well done

This is great. The music is awesome, I really enjoyed the gravity on the projectiles. Was very satisfying to lob shots at all my enemies. Great work!

I'm getting an error even with the windows executeable.

Error: Couldn't load project data at path "..." Is the .pck file missing?
If you've renamed the executeable, the associated .pck file should also be renamed to match the executeable's name (without the extension).

As an introduction to nonograms, it was either quite difficult or I'm really bad at nonograms XD

I like the particles, especially upon clearing a row. Great work

Nice writing! I enjoyed playing, took about 15 mins to complete

Nice gameplay loop, I was really dying for a way to heal myself tho, lol.

Nice game. I like the way the character's movement feels. Would love to see a boss fight in this! Great work

Awesome music! Love the chunky graphics. I have to confess that I got my highest score just by hanging out below the bottom edge of the screen where no blobs seem to ever spawn XD

Nice work, this is a great arcade game

Great music! The gameplay reminds me of disc room

Wow I cannot get anywhere close to 100 levels, lol, but it was fun trying a few times.

A healthbar would be a big improvement, and some more obvious of enemy feedback when they get hit.

Nice sprites, good work!

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it

Nice score! Thanks for playing

Wow. Amazing work. Very fun, so ambitious and you pulled it off. Pls make this a full game

The sounds are right out of an arcade! My screen was kinda cut off though, about half the text in the score and lives HUDs were not visible.

Whimsical, until you hit a bomb. I legit jumped cause it was so much louder than I was expecting. Fun concept, nice work

Gets real tough after the first boss fight. The golf cart is a bit unwieldy to dodge around all those bullets, lol. Cool to see a leaderboard. Nice work

Nice and simple. Like a neopets game. Nice work

Reminds me of neopets minigames, much nostalgia. Nice work!

Looks like you only score on the second click, once you've juggled the duck for at least one "bounce"

Reminds me of games I used to play out of the xbox indie marketplace! Simple concept, well executed, plays great. Nice work

Pong has always been a good game. I enjoyed that if you drive into the balls side it will sometimes shoot it off much quicker which adds a different strategy to the game than conventional pong. Nice work

Thanks for playing! Yes, the leaderboard is real. And agreed on item prices, I'll work on improving their influence.

The leaderboard is real!

Agreed the item prices don't quite feel locked in yet.

Thanks for playing

From the artist:

references of real images + brain
sometimes i dont use references at all

You can check out the inspiration images here, but  El Beshuele really went above and beyond and came up with a lot of the concepts we ended up using themself

Stoked to hear you enjoyed it! Thanks for the kind words

Love the art, but gameplay needs a little more spice. Also, some creepy music for the main game would sell the atmosphere better.

Lol, I got some comments on my game pointing at the exact same thing. I, likewise, had events that would get added to my random pool depending on previous events / decisions you had made. I wonder if maybe we both ought to up the likelyhood of encountering those "follow-up" events significantly so you're more likely to see the full story for those layered events.

It was a stretch goal. The idea was that I'd show you the full "tech tree" of powers, but only reveal the details of the powers you'd actually collected during your various runs. I didn't have time to implement unfortunately
