When will oleogarch rhianna content or poodalist lewis content be expanded? only their appearances change at the moment and there is no new dialogue

Has a scene pack been released for all the more niche events? (Specific transformations and/or acceptance level needed). I love the game but I don't get a lot of time in my day to play and would love to access these scenes without needing all the time consumed.
