nice work! bit confusing at first but i like the act of discovery. beat it in 12:49!

thanks! almost all my programming time was spent on player movement. most of the issues are likely due to movement being framerate dependent. i tried setting a cap, but im quite a n00b at c++ and didnt have time to get it working.

wasnt able to get the game running, gave it 10-20min of trying. i suspect it is an issue with using both python 2 and 3 on my computer simultaneously. i may have been able to get it running if i put in more time, but have no more to spare, unfortunately. kudos for ditching the evil IDE for this though! im a vim user as well ;) pure bliss

hell yeah! when the screen first popped up i immediately thought of 'punk-o-matic' if you know that game. i had fun smashing shit and it made me laugh. i dig it.

interesting take on the theme, and solid execution! dig the gameboy palette. for me (in firefox) spacebar scrolls the window though, so everytime i empty a trashcan it scrolls the game out of view and i have to scroll back up.

nice! you made the minimal style work well. the boost flames were really nice, and the simple circles in the background worked surprisingly well.

nice work! i like how destruction has no range. you can smash from across the "map" if there is such a thing.

nice avoid-em up! i dig it. would be cool to have more variety in the projectiles, but its a jam, i get it. pretty addicting, i keep playing but cant beat your 2451.... yet ;)

fantastic entry! interesting take on destruction, i really enjoyed it! that last puzzle was tough, took me a number of tries but I appreciate the difficulty. the dual purpose of shooting was a great idea as well. great work.

arrow keys - move left / right
spacebar - jump
R - restart

wow, really impressive! played really well. i especially liked how you progressively show damage, smoke then fire. the track did tend to get clogged up with no way to move. other than that it was a really great entry, one of the best ive played for sure!

hahaha nice, made me laugh. also you can keep destroying shit after its gone. i destroyed 13 out of 2!!!

oh nice, much better

nice bomberman clone! one issue i had is that in firefox atleast, spacebar by default scrolls the page. so everytime i drop a bomb the page scrolls, moving the game out of view. you could probably avoid this by calling preventDefault() on the keydown event if the key is spacebar. i got around it by deleting every  element on the page besides the game so the whole page fit inside a single screen height so there was nowhere to scroll. that being said, this brought me back to being a kid, sitting in the middle of the floor playing bomberman on my NES.  nice job!

just from playing their games, the 3D games like this one start with the Unity splash screen and the 2D games start with the Gamemaker splash screen. So Unity and Gamemaker Studio.  As for 3D art and animation I don't know what tools they use, but I can recommend Blender https://www.blender.org/.

ah yeah!! fantastic game. it has an intensity. feels really good to play! nice work.

hey fantastic!  this was such an interesting game! i really enjoyed it,  thanks for your work. one thing that I found myself trying to do was to resize windows so that I could configure my screen. i found that some windows had a little triangle in the corner to resize, but it would have been nice if all windows could be resized and if you could drag any side of a window to resize it. i will also say that i appreciate you respecting the intelligence of the player and not directly spelling out everything that you have to do. that seems more and more common in games and it really bothers me. i might even go so far as to not have objectives in bright yellow to allow the player to discover things on their own, although i may hold the minority opinion on that matter. you left me wanting to play more! great work and thank you, i hope to be able to play some more soon!

also nice work on the music! it really helped to define the mood of the game.
