It's such a fun game! The mechanics are really clever, I love the way you're implicitly encouraged to choose a negative outcome sometimes if you have something you don't wanna give up just yet :)

This game was so much fun and so tense! The writing style is really punchy and effective :) I was very invested in my little space polycule and their story by the time that they made it out of the loop :)

I love this little game. Like others have said, it's awesome for world building . It helps you create characters and cultures with very different values from you, and encourages you gently out of any xenophobic writing habits :)

This is so whimsical and charming. I could see myself using it with kids as part of a "why you are mostly better than AI at writing" type lesson

Such a fun way to create a little endless adventure. A never-ending card is such a neat, creative spin on game components :)

This is so beautifully written in its own slightly melancholy way , and really well put together as well :) You should be proud :)

This is a very compassionate and elegiac game , with beautiful, spare writing and design. I love how you root your story in physical objects and how you interpreted the theme by extending the scope of your "story" beyond the lives of the players characters.

This seems like a lot of fun, and the philosophical vibe is really compelling . The suggestions are really good, everyone loves a good official adventure when they're learning a new game and it captures the theme really well :)

It's really evocative of both Legacy of Kain and the theme and it really captures a painful and uncertain mood very  well. It doesn't seem like a game you can easily win, and it's maybe more of a lyric game than a quick little duet game but it really sticks in your memory

Such a witty laugh-out-loud  game and sooooooo evocative of the moment in a customer service conversation where you realise that the conversation that you're having is going nowhere and also going to last forever , even unto unknowable aeons wherein the stars grow cold :)

This game is so beautifully presented and mechanically elegant .  The rules are very clear and bring out the theme superbly , and I really appreciate the sample scenarios. Having a starting point really makes it so much easier to pick up and plan games quickly and helps your games night get to the fun part quicker :)

Such a cute, charming little game :) It would work really well as an introduction to journaling games, on a long journey with kids or even in an educational setting. Congratulations on a lovely bit of work.

This is such a wonderful piece of work! Maybe like a lot of people , I don't find it easy to think about myself and my needs/preferences in a non-judgmental way and this little game really helped me give myself permission to do that if that makes sense.  The sympathy , compassion and wry humour in the writing make it feel really approachable and welcoming as well , so I think I'll be saving it and coming back to it again and again :)

This was so fun and really thought-provoking / inspirational as well! I worked my way through the prompts and ended up with an idea for a game I could genuinely imagine making, and the art and the tone of the writing really tie it all together :) Congratulations on making something so unique and useful :)

It's a super heartwarming little game that put a smile on my face on a tricky day :)

This is a such a fascinating little game, with super simple mechanics but so much possibility behind them . The writing really draws you into a world and gives you so many little intricacies and nuances of relationships to build around :) It's an awesome bit of work , I think

Ah, that means the world to me. Thanks for playing it and taking it to your heart  <B

Such a sweet little game. I "played" it this week and it really helped me get through a tough few days <B

This is tremendous work , so easy to imagine every last one of the characters. I really wanna use the Pokemon trainer OCs in a solo Pokemon RPG...

This game is so fun and so so English xD It's just really delightful to play solo and lends itself super well to a journal format. I found myself writing the story of a new parish priest discovering there's a Reason that this particular church was abandoned , and the game was beautifully evocative of the time and place :)

This is so cool :) I came to the game with no prior knowledge of either the "Crafted in a Shell" SRD or the Magnus Archives,  so I was a little uncertain how it was gonna go, but the game does a beautiful job of establishing the rules and setting while still allowing loads of room for a vast range of conspiracy-horror type story.  I ended up with the story of a small group of online influencers gradually realising they were being targeted by the supernatural and it was loads of fun. I'd recommend this game with no reservations.

This was super fun and super evocative :) The attention to detail in the mechanics and the probabilities really shines through. I wanna make homebrew cases so I can keep playing for a long time

If you're still open to requests , I'd love something with the moon, snow, and abandoned buildings for a sorta kinda post apocalyptic game with some gnarly destiny stuff

It's submitted :) Thanks so much for your kind words

Everyday Enchanter really helped me this year .. so I had an idea for a little game inspired by it with a bit of New Year's Eve flavour and slightly different mechanics. Would that suit the theme of this jam?

This is really spooky! I wanna put it in my atmospheric playlist for Arkham Horror LCG

Hi :) Lovely to make your acquaintance , Deric .  Lol , I too decided this was the year I was gonna publish something and came up with a bunch of little bits and bobs. I'm super looking forward to seeing everything everyone submits next week as well. Everything up to this point has been awesome.

Such a vivid game :) Just a beautiful way to evoke some nostalgia and melancholy and satisfaction all at once . It's perfect for the time of year :)

I submitted it :)

For me , I live in a university town so autumn is always the busiest, liveliest time of year. So I was thinking about autumn as a time of change and activity and preparing for things,  and I was also thinking about the sea..So I ended up with a concept where the player is the genius loci of a harbour in autumn...

I've got my little chart of thematic prompts ready, now I just need to write the actual prompts themselves :)

Nice to meet you too! Looking forward to seeing your work as well :) We can cheer for each other to get it done :)

hello! This jam seemed to have lots of lovely friendly energy, so I wanted to join and since I've made a little resolution to be social , I thought I'd make a little topic to introduce myself.  I'm Beth and I make itty bitty little solo TTRPGs with a fairytale vibe, and I kinda have an idea for a "cold winds off the autumn sea" type setting for this one..

My first impression is that this is really nice design :) .  I think the structure of  progression in the game especially- the "plot" being progressed by the clock vs the way you tie character progression to resolving Unfinished Business  -  is super clever and a neat way to  make sure your narrative themes are really threaded through the mechanical bits of the game as well as the writing .

Just wanted to say, I really liked the screen you get if you get if you choose not to play after seeing the trigger warnings. It was really sweet and supportive , and it made me smile :)

I stumbled on this by chance and I'm glad I did. Confident writing and characters that are really easy to care about. Keep it up!

I gave it a try and this is such an marvellous little game. The art and sound are absolutely beautiful, the writing is top-notch and the battles are a treat to play. I'm looking forward to see what the developers do next :)

Ahhh, this game is so lovely.I'm really glad I tried the demo. Looking forward to updates :)

-Who was your favourite character?

Matias! Really amazing writing to make him seem so different across the various paths and still seem like the same person underneath

- Did you try different choices?

Yes :) I don't think all of them but quite a few..

-What did you think of the black and white aesthetic?

It's what caught my eye. It's so elegant, like a storybook. Very fitting for for the characters and setting.

-Would you like to see more coloured CGs?

Yes, from time to time. It made for a lovely contrast..
