For the first one next to the green hair witch you must do the boss fight with the red haired girl and just masterbate.
There is a secret base in the snow mountain stage she will be there waiting. There is a switch on the right side on the map. Once pressed go to the left of it you will notice your character fall down. Shot the door to get the animations
