I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but when I go to the edge of the screen, it takes me to the second location, but I see nobody I can talk to. If I push Q, it takes me back to the first location, but nobody is there. So, I’m just stuck with nothing to interact with between these two locations.

I like this game. It got harder as it went, which kept me playing. I got to 119 before I lost.
