Hey, thanks for the suggestion! I'm familiar with CC licenses, but CC BY-SA for example allows redistribution and resale of modified versions, which I don't want.
The assets in my pack can be used in personal and commercial projects and can also be modified, they just shouldn’t be resold or redistributed as standalone assets. I'm always happy to adjust the wording in my license if anything feels unclear.

The .zip folder contains a license file with full usage terms.
I've now also added a license note to the description for clarity.

Yes, I plan on adding new buildings in my next Update. A grocery store is a good idea. I‘ll keep that in mind!

I just tested the sheets in gimp and they align perfectly to a 16x16 grid as intended. So I’m not really sure what exactly isn’t lining up for you. Could you let me know which specific sheet is causing problems and what grid settings you’re using? I’ll gladly take another look.
