Ohhh continued in the development means this version is completed? ..... And here I was thinking there's something more

Also considering you've completed all of the quests can you tell me how to "watch the talent show" 30th quest of luna

I have some doubts, 

1. Almost all of the character quests and the main quest is showing "continued in the development" does this mean I've completed all the quests of this version?

2. I'm currently at quest 30 of luna and the task says "watch the talent show(at night)" I don't get it cus if I go to the radio room it seems empty at night and I see no way to watch the talent show

It would be really helpful if someone helped me out rn
