Thank you, I feel the same! I originally wanted it to be a much longer and better paced game, but I decided it would be better to release it as a shorter game and move onto a new project with what I've learned. Next time!
Glad to hear it. I think I did a terrible job at balancing this game since I am a new developer, but I am genuinely happy that you found some enjoyment despite how rough it is!
tbh I think you're right, I shall start working on Basement Breakout: Master Quest, and it will have spinning spike blades in every level and 2x more spikes
