There is not unfortunately. We wanted to add a Codex that you can view on the title screen but we ran out of time. Most modules affect a single property. The icons should give you a hint as to what they do.

They drop from enemies randomly like modules and reactor upgrade

I am very bad at my own game. I cant even get to the first miniboss haha. My teammates are much better. King made it all the way to 0.999999c. Let me know if you can beat his highscore!

We've got 6 weapons. (Technically 7 if you count the starter weapon). 3 rocket variants, cannon, laser, and shotgun.
